Yesterday we were showcasing her landscapes, today we return with some wonderfully exotic portrait photography by Ulrike Morlock. In case you missed her story yesterday, you should know that the Karlsruhe, Germany-based artist is originally a medical doctor, who started out in the picture-taking world as a regular family-photo taker. As she began to travel the world, however, she realized that there is so much beauty out there, both natural and human, that it must absolutely be documented and shared with as much of her audience as possible. So here they are, some of the most fascinating people she’s come across in her travels, from Africa to Tibet, from New York back to Germany. Human diversity is always fascinating to admire, and this series of pictures is a wonderful reminder that beauty doesn’t necessarily have to some our way from the pages of a fashion magazine or any similar publication.
