Guido
Daniele was born in Soverato (CZ - Italy) in 1950 and now lives and works in
Milan.
From 1964 to 1968 he attended Brera artistic High School. He graduated from Brera School of Arts (major in sculpturing) in 1972.
He lived in India since 1972 to 1974 where he attended the Tankas school in Dharamsala.
Since 1968 he has been painting and participating to personal and group art exhibitions.
In 1972 he started working as hyper-realistic illustrator, in co-operation with major editing and advertising companies, using and testing different painting techniques.
Since 1986 he has been working and improving his personal usage of airbrush: he paints back-stages in different sizes (the biggest ones can be 400 square metres) for artistic and advertising pictures, tv commercials and tv programmes.
He also creates trompe l'oeil, both in private houses and public buildings.
In 1990 he added a new artistic experience to his previous ones: using the body painting technique he creates and paints models bodies for different situations such as advertising pictures and commercials, fashion events and exhibitions.
Its search started in 2000 about "Handimals" maked with the method of body painting on hands has a great international interest.

Dal 1964 al 1968 ha frequentato il liceo artistico di Brera, e poi il corso di scultura all'Accademia di belle Arti di Brera dal 1968 al 1972.
Dal 1972 al 1974 frequenta la scuola di Tankas tibetane a Dharamsala in India.
Dipinge e partecipa a mostre personali e collettive dal 1968 ad oggi.
Dal 1972 al 1986 collabora con l'editoria e la pubblicità come illustratore iperrealista utilizzando ogni tipo di tecnica.
Dal 1986 ad oggi realizza scenografie per foto, spot pubblicitari e programmi televisivi, dipingendo ad areografo fondali fino a 400mq. Dipinge inoltre trompe l'oeil per case private e strutture ad uso pubblico di grandi dimensioni.
Dal 1990 ha aggiunto al suo bagaglio di esperienze la tecnica del body painting dipingendo i corpi delle modelle per foto, filmati pubblicitari, sfilate ed eventi. La sua ricerca artistica degli ultimi anni lo ha portato ad unire le due tecniche tradizionali del ritratto: fotografia e pittura ad olio stesa sul supporto fotografico alla maniera di Jan Saudek.
Il suo "maestro" di ripresa fotografica e stampa manuale in camera oscura è sempre stato il noto fotografo Francesco Radino.
La sua ricerca iniziata nel 2000 sulle " Mani Animali " realizzata con la tecnica del body painting sta riscuotendo un grande interesse a livello internazionale
